Dr. Frederick Smith was a highly experienced obstetrician and gynaecologist with a passion for providing compassionate and personalized care to women. He believed in empowering his patients to make informed decisions about their health.

Nurse Charmlyn Smith
Nurse Charmlyn Smith is a registered nurse and midwife who is dedicated to providing comprehensive and holistic care to women throughout their reproductive journey. With her gentle and nurturing approach, Charmlyn ensures that her patients feel heard, respected, and cared for.
General Surgeon
Dr. Andrew Smith
Dr. Andrew Smith is a health practitioner committed to delivering high-quality care. He has now assumed Directorship of the organization. He believes in building strong doctor-patient relationships based on trust and open communication. Andrew is currently in residency for general surgery overseas.
Our History
Dr. Frederick Smith founded this esteemed health service organization in 2008. He was a popular Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the time, who had worked at Victoria Jubilee Hospital in Jamaica W.I. for thirty years. He also did five years at the Spanish Town Hospital which helped to shape his meek personality. He was a humble and well-loved man who set a high standard of care in the provision of health services. He passed away from a heart attack.
Today his lessons live on. He taught his family and colleagues to never treat any patient differently. He specified that where one is born and where one is from does not define them. So, in trying to keep the standard as high as he set it at inception, his wife Nurse Charmlyn Smith and his son Dr. Andrew Smith have partnered with the most competent doctors available in the field to carry on the work of this late giant. Dr. Yvette Pusey, Dr. Kingsley Ford, and Dr. Natalie Medley. They are supported by Nurse Claudia Mundell.

Nurse Mundell has been with us for more than a decade. She interacts with our patients and attends to the daily running of the office. A pleasant, indispensable member of our team who provides excellent professional support to our doctors.

Our doctors also work privately and have personal interests outside of work. The team is made up of doctors who are also consultant obstetricians, gynaecologists, university lecturers, gynaecologic oncologists, mothers, fathers and genuinely happy people.
Dr. Medley, for example, is also interested in music. She is on the worship team at her church, she likes to exercise, view art, take photos, and watch movies with her son Michael–Keith.

Our State-of-the-art Minor Operating Room is equipped with an electrosurgical unit (ESU), along with a vital signs and oxygen saturation monitor.
The ESU is used for electrosurgery during which electrical current is sent through an attached device to create localized heating that allows for precise cuts or coagulation of tissue. This helps to reduce the risk of bleeding.
Our Gynaecologists can use this equipment to safely remove genital warts and abnormal precancerous cells from your cervix.
Our minor operating room is also equipped with a colposcope. This is a microscope fitted with a light. It is used for examining the uterine cervix, particularly for warning signs of cancer. Using this device, our doctors are able to identify abnormal tissue and blood vessel development in the vagina and around the cervix. Tissue samples can then be taken for biopsy, if necessary.

Certified by Guardian Life and Sagicor Life. Our minor operating room can be used by 3rd party surgeons as well.
